Women in the Wild Adventures is a private women's-only community. As such, certain measure are in place to maintain the security and privacy of members, events and the community as a whole.
What you can expect from us...
& what we expect from you.
We are committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of our members from the general public. Any personal information collected will used solely for the purpose of administering the group and providing relevant updates and information as well as ensuring an all-female community. We will not share personal information with third parties without explicit consent from our members. We take the security of personal information seriously and will take all reasonable measures to ensure its protection.
Upon registering for a membership a single piece of government issued ID is required. This ID is not stored, it is only to validate that each member is who they say they are and are, in fact, female. This is important to maintain a safe environment for all our members.
As a member, you are expected to maintain the privacy of others. As such, there are certain limitations to what members are able to share with the general public. This includes but is not limited to the sharing names of members as well as dates and locations of events. Photos and videos from events are allowed to be shared unless someone explicitly states they are not comfortable with images/videos of them being shared.
Members are expected to be respectful and inclusive towards all members and their opinions. Members may not engage in any form of hate speech, discrimination, or harassment. Members may not post any explicit or inappropriate content. Members may not spam group chats or individual members or engage in any form of malicious activity.
